  • Our Mission

"Holy Spirit Catholic School provides a Christ-centered environment that cultivates spiritual growth, academic excellence, accountability to self and service to others."

  • Our History

Holy Spirit Catholic School was founded in 1966.  For 50 years, the school has provided a faith-based education for both Catholic and Non-Catholic families in Dickinson, Menominee & Marinette Counties.

  • Our Vision

Holy Spirit Catholic School in the next five years will raise each of our children's souls to a higher spiritual maturity by conveying Catholic values through virtue, service, and superior academics while seeking truth, goodness, and beauty in our faith.

  • Why Classical Education?

    • National Catholic Register
  • Classical Curriculum

Our Classical Liberal Arts Curriculum reflects a continuum of learning from Early Childhood through Eighth Grade. The classical curriculum has been developed to exceed national and state standards to correspond to the high expectations set by our parents and teaching staff.

Students are immersed in literature, science, writing, grammar, poetry, recitation, and music.

  • Philosophy Statement

We believe that a child's greatest happiness is found in communion with Christ.  Therefore, our mission is to help them discover their vocation and to abide in Christ through immersion in the faith, every day, and all day.  This includes starting the school day with communal prayer, class Masses, weekly all-school Masses, daily devotions, onsite Eucharistic chapel visits, and service to the community.

We believe that the zeal and example of our faculty, staff, and community are vital in the formation of each student.  Our faculty is dedicated and experienced in creating an individualized curriculum to meet the needs of each student and the classes as a whole.

We believe that all students have the capability to learn when instructed in a highly structured, diversified, nurturing environment, with their own individual educational goals to achieve their maximum academic potential.

We believe that our students and staff must proclaim the true beauty of what we have to offer, that is evangelization.  Our Parish family is intrinsically vital in nurturing beauty in these children as they lead and model the selfless acts of giving and service.
